Today, we announced the relaunch of The Viral Agent Newsletter. The best marketing newsletter in real estate history (self-proclaimed).
In case you’re wondering where we’ve been… let me explain.
Over a year ago, I launched this brand with Actually Agents as the “marketing arm of BAM.” The goal was simple: help real estate agents build their digital brands and deliver the best real estate marketing tips and ideas to your inbox every week.
But somewhere along the way, I broke my own #1 marketing rule: consistency.
Between content overload, new projects, and constantly trying to figure out what our audience wants, I skipped a few weeks… then a few more… and eventually stopped sending altogether.
I’m not proud of it, but it happens.
But The Viral Agent brand was always a sleeping giant. I knew I wanted a dedicated corner of BAM focused strictly on marketing: tactical, actionable, and coming from the people who are actually in the trenches, doing it every day.
So, after months of planning, we’re relaunching with a brand-new format.

With this relaunch of The Viral Agent, you’re not just hearing from me anymore.
Every week, a different BAM creator (who’s also an active real estate agent) will take over the newsletter and share what’s actually working in their marketing right now.
