Me and my fiancé were relocating from Brooklyn New York to Lake Tahoe, we had to find a place quickly and do most of it over the phone since we lived so far away. The biggest fear we had was finding a decent place to live, and thanks to Krys we found the perfect home! Out of all the houses I saw listed on Zillow his was my favorite! It had brick stairs, cool lighting fixtures and beautiful art and furniture. We loved it so much we rented it furnished and we both agree it was the best decision we made while moving! He even sent us a beautiful Christmas card this year and when we moved in left us a list of local places to check out and tips about living in the mountains. In our town you have to get a pass as a local to access parts of the community and he went to the office and did it for us! He is definitely the nicest and most accommodating landlord I’ve ever had and it’s so amazing that we were his first step into pursuing real estate into a full time career. We had a wonderful experience with Nahed and her team ! We feel very fortunate To be in the position we are today . We had a difficult time with an agent we were using and a friend referred us to Nahed to see what an agent can do for us . Nahed got to work right away and within a month with Nahed we hit Escrow ! When you look for an agent don’t just go to any agent , some see it as a 9-5 job (which is ok if that’s what they wish to do ) but Nahed has herself or somebody on her team always available to accommodate our needs and OUR SCHEDULE ! . You can ask as many questions as you wish and they’ll guide you through the entire process that seems complicated outside looking in . If you’re looking for an agent that’s going to close the house you desire , that can’t be just any agent , you need a Nahed AGENT by your side .
